RETURN POLICY

THE MINDS EYE WAY will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items (excluding Sale items). We are glad to offer you a credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the original condition you received it in, without wear or damage.

When shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. THE MINDS EYE WAY is not responsible for lost exchanges. We will process your exchange within 7 business days of the return being received.

THE MINDS EYE WAY reserves the right to deny a refund of the returned merchandise if it does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.

We accept payment via credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal and Applepay. All credit card payments will be processed by Stripe.

Discounts only apply to full priced items. One discount per purchase please.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). $6 Flat rate fee for all orders under $75. Free Shipping for all orders over $75 with code FREESHIPPING (entered at checkout).

Our product is meant as art, so the imperfections are their perfection. All THE MINDS EYE WAY product are touched by our hands, from screen printing, to sewing on labels, to custom tinting or dying. So each piece is one of a kind.

Product may vary slightly. THE MINDS EYE WAY attempts to feature all of our products as accurately as we can.

In the event that THE MINDS EYE WAY sells out of any particular item you have ordered, we will notify you via email of when the item will be back in stock & is expected to ship out.
